The Kuang Luang Wiang Kaew Development Project is a Chiang Mai province initiative aiming to transform the site of the old Chiang Mai Women's Prison, located on Rajvithi Road, Sri Phum Subdistrict, Muang District, Chiang Mai, into a shared public space.
