Khao Sriwichai was a significant centre of the Vajrayana sect in the southern peninsula before the 19th Buddhist century. Besides discovering a Vishnu deity figure, numerous archaeological sites were found along the ridge. These sites, with their complex layouts, indicate their importance. However, this group of archaeological sites has completely collapsed, leaving only bases and traces. The 12th Regional Office of Archaeology in Nakhon Si Thammarat requested Associate Professor Chedha Tingsanchali, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Archaeology to create an assumed image. This work has sparked imagination and offered intriguing new knowledge.
