This research paper is part of the research entitled “Conservation Process Religious Sanctuary in Cultural World Heritage of Thailand” and objectives of this research were to: 1. Study the general state of religious place to cultural world heritage in Thailand, 2. Study the religious place preservation process to cultural world heritage in Thailand and 3. To propose the guideline for consciousness creation to religious place preservation process to cultural world heritage in Thailand. A research methodology was the mixed methods: the qualitative research collected data by the researcher, from document, from key informants and participants in focus group discussion by in-depth-interviewing analyzed data by content analysis. Findings were as follows: the present religious place in the old ancient religious places have the risky to be damaged from natural disasters such as the weather change, water level due to geographic problem. It has the urban area expansion by building the houses the makes it checking and pollution from vehicles that ancient religious place is the problem of pollution, invasion of ancient religious place sites is a problem caused by the environment and the law is about the duty and enforcement of the government officers for ancient religious place that have the complexity of each own organization.
