Sustainable tourism is a widely accepted means to promote tourism and maximize its long-term benefits. A Cultural heritage site is a tourist attraction that is popular among tourists because of its distinct cultural characteristics. However, these tourist attractions are fragile and their defining characteristics are subject to degradation. In order to preserve these sites, it is challenging to fight change from either tourism promoting or daily living. Moreover, it is necessary to have a tourism management model designed specifically for these cultural heritage sites that guides effective planning and development for sustainability.
