This purposes of this research were to: 1) study youth empowerment towards the conservation of cultural world heritage tourist attraction: a case study of Ayutthaya Historical Park and 2) compare youth empowerment towards the conservation of cultural world heritage tourist attraction: a case study of Ayutthaya Historical  Park by personal factors. The samples used in this research were 380 youths who studied in the institutes in Ayutthaya Historical  Park using cluster random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used  for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test and LSD by appointing significance at a .05 level. The results found that: 1) youth empowerment towards the conservation of cultural world heritage tourist attraction: a case study of Ayutthaya Historical  Park, as a whole, had mean at the high level. When considered by aspects, sorting in descending order, including encouragement, thinking creation, and reinforcement and 2) youth empowerment towards the conservation of cultural world heritage tourist attraction: a case study of Ayutthaya Historical Park classified by educational level and GPA, as a whole, was different with statistical significance.
