World Heritage concepts are everything that human created with exceptional and universal application. World Heritage sites belong to all the people of the world irrespective of the territory on which they are located. There are three kinds of world heritage: cultural heritage, natural heritage and mixed heritage. At present, world heritage contexts are the discourses and misconception with the power relations and interest groups involving in managing and controlling things remaining in the world. It represents the symbols of unity and sustainability. The aim of the article is to present the situations and understanding of the world heritage misconception by applying power theory, utilitarianism and structural functional theory to describe spectacles and support world heritage concepts in educational dimension to sustain development.
