ประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ‘เสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองทางวัฒนธรรมและธรรมาภิบาล’ (Citizen of Culture and Good Governance)

สยามสมาคมในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ร่วมกับ สถาบันพระปกเกล้า ขอเชิญผู้สนใจเข้าศึกษา หลักสูตร ‘เสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองทางวัฒนธรรมและธรรมาภิบาล’ (Citizen of Culture and Good Governance) ระหว่าง 14 ก.ค. – 6 ต.ค. พ.ศ. 2566 โดยจะอบรมเป็นภาษาไทยตลอดทั้งหลักสูตร

หลักสูตรนี้จัดทำขึ้น เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรทางวัฒนธรรมและนิเวศวัฒนธรรม โดยเน้นให้ผู้เรียนตระหนักในบทบาทของพลเมืองในการอนุรักษ์สืบสานมรดกวัฒนธรรม สามารถจัดทำแผนดำเนินงานของหน่วยงาน ประชาสังคม หรือชุมชน เพื่อการรักษา สืบสาน และการพัฒนาทรัพยากรทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน เหมาะสำหรับผู้บริหารส่วนราชการ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน ภาคประชาสังคม และผู้สนใจทั่วไป

รายวิชาที่น่าสนใจในหลักสูตร มีดังต่อไปนี้

  • ‘ธรรมภิบาล สิทธิมนุษยชน และการบริหารจัดการทางวัฒนธรรม’
  • ‘นโยบายและกฎหมายเพื่อการอนุรักษ์มรดกวัฒนธรรมและภูมิทัศน์วัฒนธรรม’
  • ‘นโยบายและกฎหมายเพื่อการอนุรักษ์และส่งเสริมมรดกทางธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม’
  • ‘มาตรการและกลไกในการบริหารจัดการเมืองเก่าและย่านเก่า’
  • ‘การประเมินผลกระทบต่อมรดกวัฒนธรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมศิลปกรรม’
  • ‘การสืบสานและสร้างสรรค์มรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรม’
  • ‘การตลาดสินค้าวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์’

โดยผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนกับอาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากหลากหลายสถาบัน อีกทั้งจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางจากสาขาต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งมีการศึกษาดูงานในประเทศ รวม 3 ครั้ง

The Siam Society Under Royal Patronage in collaboration with King Prajadhipok’s Institute invites interested participants to enrol in the “Citizen of Culture and Good Governance” course, which will run from 14 July to 6 October 2023. The course will be conducted entirely in Thai.

The objective of this course is to enhance knowledge and understanding of cultural resources and cultural ecology management by emphasising the role of citizens in preserving and transmitting cultural heritage. Students shall be able to develop various scales of action plans for safeguarding heritage and sustainable development. Target students include central and local government executives, leaders of civil society organisations, community leaders, and the general public.

  • ‘Policies and Laws for Cultural Heritage and Cultural Landscapes Conservation’
  • ‘Policies and Laws for Conservation and Promotion of Natural Environment’
  • ‘Measures and Mechanisms for the Management of Old Towns and Old Neighbourhoods’
  • ‘Heritage Impact Assessment’
  • ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage Transmission and Creativity’
  • ‘Marketing of Creative Cultural Products ‘

Students will get an opportunity to learn from qualified instructors from various well-established academic institutions, as well as from specialists from various fields along with 3 domestic study trips.
