This research was research and development. The objectives of this research were to 1) analyze and summarize the Thai architectural heritage of Phra Narai Ratchaniwet in the Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin era, and 2) develop digital media with a 3D Architectural Model of Phra Narai Ratchaniwet in the Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin era. The research consisted of 2 phases. Phase 1 was the analysis and summarization of Thai architectural heritage of Phra Narai Ratchaniwet in the Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin era. The process was to research the data sheets, study the actual area, study the model, and analyze and summarize information as an image assumption. Phase 2 was the development of digital media with 3D Architectural Model Phra Narai Ratchaniwet in the Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin era. There were five steps in this process, including 1) planning and media analysis, 2) pre-production, 3) production of digital media, 4) post-production, and 5) presentation and evaluation. The sample of the research were 30 tourists in Phra Narai Ratchaniwet. The research tools were digital media with 3D Architectural Model Phra Narai Ratchaniwet in the Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin era, a content and technical quality assessment form, and a gratification assessment form. The data analysis was qualitative with constant comparison and quantitative using basic statistics that included the mean and standard deviation. The research results were: 1) a summary of the data sheets and image assumptions of Phra Narai Ratchaniwet, 2) the quality in content and technique was at a very good level, and 3) the gratification of students was at the best level.
